Ronan Steinbaum and Pavle Popov…
An encounter of countries, styles and souls that led to an electro-acoustic project called « Smile ».

Ronan, an Israeli musician who sings and writes (mainly) in english and Pavle, a classically trained musician and composer from Belgrade, met last summer at a music Festival in France where they were both performing separately.
During the Festival in between sound checks, bus travels and stage mounting a connection began and Pavle accompanied Ronan playing double bass.
A few months later, the interaction continued when Pavle sent a few electronic tracks to Ronan who added words and melodies and voilà « Smile » !
